Short version: make records with them, keep every penny, and do not sell the sounds themselves on as a pack. The rest of this page is that same idea written out properly.

M III D O is the trading name of Mohamed Ahmed El Kalawy, a producer based in the United Kingdom, who runs this site and sells everything on it. "I" and "me" below mean that.

Every pack on this site — free or paid — comes with the same licence. Once it is in your library you may:
You do not owe me a credit. It is always appreciated, never required.
The sounds stay mine. What you get is the right to use them, not ownership of them. What you make with them is yours.
A pack you claim or buy is written into your account and stays there — you can download it again later from your account without paying again. Download links themselves are deliberately short-lived and are minted fresh each time you ask for one, so a link that has stopped working is not a lost pack. Sign in and take a new one.
Keep your account to yourself. Sharing a login so other people can take the packs is the same as redistributing them.
A free pack comes with a free account. Make one with your email address, confirm it, and the pack downloads straight away and stays in your library. Making an account also puts you on my mailing list, as the sign-up form says, and every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. The licence on a free pack is identical to a paid one — including the part about not reselling the sounds.
Prices are in US dollars and are worked out by the server when your basket is built, so the number you see at checkout is the number you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never touch this site — I never see them and never store them.
Your pack is added to your library as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Every pack here is a digital download. Once the download link has been issued the sale is final, and refunds are not given.
If something is actually wrong with the file — a broken link, a missing or corrupted file, or a pack that does not match what the page said — email me within 30 days and I will fix it or replace it. That is the remedy, instead of a refund.
Your right to cancel: before a paid checkout opens, you tick a box asking for the download straight away and confirming you understand that, once it starts, you lose the 14-day right to cancel that UK law otherwise gives you. Checkout cannot go ahead without it.
I make these packs myself and I check them before they go out, but I cannot promise a file will suit a particular project or work with a particular setup. Nothing here limits any right you have under UK consumer law. Beyond that, my responsibility for any single purchase is limited to what you paid for it.
If these terms change, the new version is dated at the top of this page. A change never applies backwards: the licence you had when you got a pack is the licence you keep.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
